The receptionist is not good, not humble, not even smiling. Payment option only via bca bank Transfer, not support any other Bank, EDC, QRIS, nor even cash. No guide on how to use the facilities, for me who's the first time using Capsule Hotel I have a hard time on find a way how to use the facilities inside the room. There is a QR code to scan inside the room for help, but it just redirecting to Whatsapp number, and the number is even expired on WhatsApp, so no use at all. Inside the capsule is not soundproof, when someone above or bellow us doing activities, we can hear it and its disturbing. The TV has no sound, need to connect it to our headphone jack, but that is very uncomfortable because the TV sound has 60% noises, so better just not use it. We need the card to lock up the room, but we also need it to enable electricity, this is very troublesome when we need to go to bathroom, like every time you want to pee or pup or even wash your hand you need to redo this step.

The hotel is strategically located in the middle of the city, if you want to go to Plaza Surabaya, you just have to walk very close. It's also very easy to find out-of-the-way food. Access everywhere is easy and the parking lot is quite large even though it is directly on the side of the road. For the price the hotel is worth it. And who is looking for a quiet place. Very suitable

This compact type room is great. Complete facilities, there is even a hairdryer for a price which I think is cheap. The hot shower is also okay. The mattress was soft but the pillows were too high and a little hard. There is a deposit of 50 thousand, the receptionist stays 24 hours. Security is also friendly and helps lift suitcases from the taxi. I checked in at 23.30 and checked out at 05.00 because it was only a short transit in Surabaya so I couldn't explore more other facilities. The location of the hotel is also close to Gubeng Station, just walk about 5 minutes.

The place is just right, not far from the mall, not far from St. Gubeng also, near the hotel there is also a mini market. The room is comfortable, clean, smells good too. Gallons of mineral water are also provided outside, which is perfect for those of me who like to drink. For me, it's really worth it for that price.

Have stayed here twice, the service is good & friendly, even though there was an error when checking in & entering the code but it was quickly handled. Clean rooms & get towels too.

The rooms are comfortable, the service is also good. The location of the hotel is also good, close to the Gubeng station. Worth it.
