Hotel was full of people checking in because of a wedding is happening when we came, but the staff is very patient and providing us a room in no time, I guess we are lucky for that. Tried the swimming pool and gym and they were awesome, they have a free billiard board as well. Very great experience till this review made and very kind and helpful staff from Mbak Alvia and one women staff in restaurant that I forgot to ask her name, thanks!

Neat room, good accessibility, nice area, no deposit; However, got a connection room and the neighbors were noisy. The door was not sound proof also didn't feel safe. Please fix a latch from both rooms, also, keep two tooth brushes for two people. It's abysmal that you collect parking fee for guests drop-offs.

My exp was okay. I arrived at 2Pm at the hotel and registered straightly but I need to wait 1 hour to check in to my bedroom. I don't know why the housekeeping took so much time clean the room. I requested the bedroom was beside each other but I guess the room wasn't ready yet. I mean if the room wasn't ready, the front office staff need to change the room I guess. One hour waiting for room to get ready is such meh.

No sandals and towels at all when we first came to the room. Already ask the concierge and front desk but no one came at all. Then we directly ask and wait but they just gave us 2 towels and 1 sandal despite the room we were booked is for 3 people (Family room). The room is leaking from water and my mattress was splashed with those water.

Children will definitely enjoy staying here, there is a playground and they are invited to decorate cupcakes at breakfast, the interior of the room is also nice, the bathroom is also spacious, the service is really good. Very recommended.

My child really enjoyed staying here, the staff were alert, good service, if I may suggest. The swimming pool has been expanded a bit so that adults can swim, hehehe. Highly recommended👍🏿.
