SPOT ON 3858 Elsana Transit Hotel

I didn't expect a welcoming drink because the room price was cheap, but I expected a warm welcome not "uh, rraveloka.🙄"the room was smelly and not clean. The photos say everything, I don't need to give more explanation. Besides, the wifi didn't work from my room properly. Two of the staff were friendly, though.

Some of our experiences staying at Elsana Transit Hotel Syariah. 1. The location of the hotel is strategic, near the new market. There are many minimarkets and food courts around the hotel, so it's easy to find food. 2. Check-in and check-out times are different from those in the application. The rules at the hotel, check in at 12:00 checkout at 11:00. 3. You can't get toiletries if you book a hotel via online. But we have no problem with that because we have brought it from our own house. 4. Some cleanliness needs to be considered again, the sofa is dirty, under the corner table near the wall there is also a lot of dust and dirty floor. When the tiles are injected, the sound is like the tiles are uneven. The roof is dirty like used. Leaking. Thank God it didn't rain during the stay. 5. There is no tv remote, the tv channel only has one tv. Our advice, if you can have a remote so that you can change to another channel, about TV One, it's news, we also want to watch soap operas. 6. My suggestion might be to provide gallon water and a dispenser in the pantry or somewhere like that, so that it's better if you need to drink, you don't need to buy it first, especially if you want to cook pop noodles, it's easier. When it comes to the friendliness of the receptionist, maybe they can smile and greet more so that visitors who come are happier and feel welcomed.

The mattress is not clean and the towels are a little better, plus the receptionist, please be kind to me again.

Only one towel is given ... the worse thing is that the towel is badly torn, so why is it given to the customer ... just been able to reserve hotels by Traveloka which are like this HANDUK ... hadeuhhh don't recommend here, give me up

The room was not very clean, I even swept it again. Doesn't match the picture at all. Just 1 night.

Receptionist nya gak ramah. Jawab ketus banget. Kamar banyak kecoa, minta di semprot baygon tapi katanya ntar malah tambah banyak keluar ahahaha berarti itu kecoa besarang di kamar yak. Alhasil semaleman itu gak tenang banget, takut ada kecoa terbang.

Bisa sih lihat sendiri kamar ini tidak layak huni, kenapa gak sekalian ditutup saja tempat ini. Ini adalah pengalaman terburuk saya selama nginap di penginapan. Kotor tidak dibersihkan. Saya pesan yang AC dikasih yang kipas. Rambut pun di mana-mana terletak. Kamar penuh debu dan sarang laba-laba seperti kamar hantu! Cukup pertama dan terakhir nginap di sini! Sangat kotor dan bau!

Bapak yang melayani tidak ramah, marah ketika saya pesen 10 kamar secara online via traveloka, dia menginginkan pesan secara langsung, kalau customer bisa lebih mudah dan hemat waktu uang tenaga kenapa harus dipersulit. Udah syukur di booking 10 kamar. Saya minta kelengkapan sarapan pada traveloka kan ada sesuai pesanan saya. Ternyata dia marah lagi "ga ada sarapan, kami ga dapat untung kalau gitu " 2x saya di layanan buruk sama pihak penjaga hotel. Yang ketiga kamar kotor, tidak disediakan sarapan, dan perlengkapan mandi Handuk dan sebagainya. Jadi saya insiatif beli disinfektan sendiri untuk menyemprot 10 kamar untuk keluarga besar. Terakhir, saya disuruh cek out jam 11 siang. Padahal hotel sepi tidak ada yang menginap dan tertera harus nya cek out di jam 13.00-14.00. Pelayanan terburuk. 1. Pelayan tidak ramah sama sekali. 2. Tidak sesuai pesanan yang harusnya dapat sarapan semua 10 kamar. 3. Jam cekout suka suka nya dipercepat jam 11.00. Pelayanan terburuk untuk hotel ini, pertama kali review online untuk hotel yang yang pelayanan tidak memuaskan sama sekali.

I have stayed here for the second time and then I extended it again, indeed the situation is very simple but the service is very good, the staff are very friendly and the location is very strategic and in the middle of the city, culinary is very much opposite the hotel, this is indeed the right place for just take a break and hunt for street food ...
