Description This villa design to accommodate 7 persons - more than 7 persons you will get extra charge IDR 75K / pax without any additional facilities (Please read house rules section carefully to avoid any inconvenient) . This villa located in Japanese Cluster Kota Bunga Puncak Cipanas. It has 3 bedrooms with 5 beds, Air Conditioning on each bedroom. 2 Shower Bathrooms with water heater. Free Wifi , TV Cable , 32" LED Smart TV (Youtube, Netflix, etc), audio system / karaoke, Kitchen, refrigerator, rice cooker and drinking water provided in the villa. Mocapot, V60, French Press also available for coffee lovers. Β This villa has private pool and surrounded by fence around the yard to give you privacy and it open all days. Pet is prohibited. Β There are several POI surround properties, two POI on walk distance - Little Venice and Taman Fantasia Β House Rules 1. Villa Capacity for 7 persons more than 7 person please contact property first before you closing it, to avoid you get extra charge Rp. 75.000,00 /person without any additional extra bed or facilities or even rejected during check in. 2. There will be check by our representatives on villa during checkout process to avoid any inconvenient in future. 3. No Bachelor (ette) parties in regards with local culture.s 4. No Pets allowed Β Deskripsi Villa ini di desain untuk mengakomodasi 7 orang tamu - lebih dari 7 orang akan ada extra charge Rp. 75.000/orang (Silahkan baca lebih detail di aturan villa untuk menghindari ketidaknyamanan). Β Terdapat beberapa tempat di wisata di dekat villa, dan dua tempat wisata terdekat yang bisa di tempuh dengan berjalan kaki adalah Little Venice dan Taman Fantasia. Β Β Peraturan Booking Villa 1. Kapasitas villa adalah untuk 7 orang, kelebihan kapasitas akan mengakibatkan ada biaya tambahan sebesar 75.000 rupiah perorang tanpa adanya tambahan fasilitas misal extra bed atau bahkan dapat di tolak saat checkin 2. Untuk menghindari ketidaknyamanan di kemudian hari pada saat checkout akan dilakukan pengecheckan 3. Tidak di ijinkan pesta bujangan 4. Binatang peliharaan tidak di ijinkan

Exceeded my high expectations, just really great, the facilities are really complete, anything is there, clean, comfortable, the price is cheap, Mr. Fajar and Mrs. Aynya are friendly, I was late checking in because I had one way, Mr. Fajar gave me a late check out until 17 :00. Anyway, it's really great ππΌ. BaarokaAllahu fiikum wa jazaakumullahu khoyron ππΌ.

Fasilitas lengkap, nyaman, bersih. Cuma kabel mic buat karaoke kendor, kadang mau kadang nggak. Untuk yang lainnya oke banget. Thank you SF Homey Yokohama!

The villa is super clean, and comfortable, really good for holidays, complete facilities, just don't be disappointed, we will make it a favorite place, the owner is friendly and fast response, just cool π.
