The rooms are spacious and clean, hot water runs smoothly, strategic location on the edge of the main road, there is a market on the 1st floor. Breakfast is delicious.

Comfortable room. The facilities are quite complete. Provided: towels, brush & toothpaste, two-in-one liquid soap, kettle & drinking water, water heater, coffee & tea sachets, cups, tissue in room & toilet. Yesterday there were no hangers in the room, but you can ask the receptionist. Or if you want to shop, there is a mini mart next to the hotel which is open from 8.00 am to 4.00 am. The staff is also very friendly. TV channels okay. Room lighting is okay, quite good for working. What I like is that there are lots of electrical sockets, so you can work in all corners of the room. The work chair is also very comfortable. On the 3rd floor there is a restaurant and the prices are not too expensive. Wifi is smooth. Ample parking. The location is also close to the mall and many cafes. Slight drawback: the water is sometimes cold, sometimes warm. There are ants in the room if you put food carelessly. Yesterday I bought snacks and I put them on the table. When I looked again there were lots of small ants coming. At night you can also hear the sound of nightclub/karaoke music from afar, so it's like ASMR. I don't think it's a problem but maybe for other people who prefer silence, it will be a little annoying.

The rooms are clean, the facilities are okay, the service is also good.

The staff Hotel was very friendly and its location is strategic, not far from the some good restaurants.

(+) The staff are all friendly. From the start, check-in was really smooth, the receptionist, the guy, was extraordinarily friendly and really kind. I think I got a discount on the extra bed price. The staff at the restaurant are also very friendly. The staff who repair the mattress are also friendly and polite. Even though the hotel is ⭐ 2, they implement hotel service standards and serve sincerely. The room also smells very clean. Great breakfast. (-) They have only 2 extra beds and it just so happened that the extra bed I got was a bit hard. Maybe the hotel management can add or replace extra beds that are not suitable for use. Overall, this is a recommendation for a budget hotel that only stays 1-2 nights in terms of service, cleanliness, comfort and food.

The hotel is good, the food is delicious, there is warm water too and the spa. But unfortunately the air conditioner is noisy and not cold enough.

Clean, my suggestion is to improve the breakfast menu, just don't have an omelette class.
