In my opinion, it was because the hotel was old, so it gave off a horror vibe, I got a room with a hole in the bathroom, there was only one light in the bathroom, and there were spider webs. For sleeping, it's nice, the mattress is soft, overall because maybe it's an old hotel but one that isn't well maintained like this I give 2 stars.

The room doesn't match the promo photos. It seems like the room hasn't been used for a long time, the water is all cloudy/black in color, I flushed all the taps for up to 1 hour and it just looked clear. The water/coffee heater doesn't work. There is no electric plug for the charger. The old floor wasn't mopped so the feet were tracing. Order a room with breakfast but it's not available, once asked just ordered.

The hotel is very different from the pictures listed on the application, the building is old, the receptionist doesn't stay in place, the service is not good at all, the rooms are dirty and smelly, the dirty water is brown, the bathroom needs are also lacking, the room door is broken, the room lights are broken, basically I really sorry * different from the review in the application, I am very disappointed. I should have checkout on the 3rd, but I was so uncomfortable that I chose checkout on the 2nd. Lost!

Dari lantai kamar, tempat tidur (sprei/bantal/selimut) banyak debu, di sudut-sudut dinding ruangan, lampu-lampu juga kotor atau mungkin karena kamar yang kami tempati itu sudah jarang ditempati ya, sehingga tidak sempat dibersihkan lagi. Sarannya, kalo bisa sebelum tamu menempati kamar yang di pesan, alangkah baiknya di periksa skalian di bersihkan terlebih dahulu, mulai dari kamar tidur sampai kamar mandinya. Terima kasih sebelumnya sudah menerima kami menginap di sini, semoga hotel ini bisa lebih baik lagi.

Hotelnya cukup terkenal, cuma pelayanan kurang memuaskan. Fasilitas yang ada juga kurang terawat & sudah tua. Juga waktu booking dipilih yang ada sarapan paginya, dibayar yang ada sarapan. Kenyataan tidak ada sarapan. Udah ditanya katanya tidak ada sarapan padahal di voucher pemesanan ada sarapan. Lift nya kurang berfungsi dengan baik.
