Sukanagalih Resort by Ruang Nyaman

Thanks a lot online agent and Sukanagalih Resort. Everything is okay, just please do more maintenance on the swimming pool, it's really dirty, so we can't swim.

The room is quite spacious, hot water works well, staff service is friendly but the swimming pool seems rarely cleaned but it's still not too dirty until it's green.

The place is okay, but the pool is not clean. Jaid doesn't swim. There is TV, internet cable TV, but it can't be used.

The receptionist is friendly, the atmosphere is very comfortable and quiet I really like it. For its cleanliness needs to be improved again. At check-in the floor & terrace were not clean, in the room there was a broken floor near the bed and it was a bit disturbing. No trash can available. There is only 1 small trash basket in front of the next unit and even then there is still garbage that has not been disposed of. The wardrobe also seems to be rarely cleaned because there is still a lot of dust in the closet and there is no hanger to hang clothes in the closet. For the unit/villa facilities, everything is okay, the water heater & electric kettle work well. Complete cutlery is available even though there is only one plate, so you have to eat two plates together. Hehehe. If I could give a rating I would give a value of 9 for the atmosphere & unit, and a value of 6 for cleanliness. For the public facilities available, they are quite good and complete, only the swimming pool is a bit bland, the water may be rarely cleaned. Hopefully it can be further improved so that visitors are more comfortable and want to come back to stay here again. Because next time I want to take my family for a vacation and stay here. Thank you.

I enjoyed a comfortable staycation at Pondok Lembah Sukanagalih. I like the room which is beyond expectations, in my opinion the size is big for two, it can be for a family 😁. Overall enjoy and comfortable 🥳

Creepy place, feels test of guts and poorly maintained. Magic com rent but useless, broken 2x. The lights in the house are like a disco, sometimes it's off, sometimes it's on

Staffnya biasa aja, not bad. Pas dateng ke kamar villanya, lampu ga nyala, mati total, handuk diminta bawa sendiri. TV ga nyala, wifi ga bisa. Ga ada telepon untuk ke FO nya. Kamar mandinya kotor, airnya kuning toiletnya ga ada tutupnya. Kalau bisa disapu pel tiap hari kamarnya, di cek airnya nyala ga, kuning ga. Lampu depan dinyalain dulu biar ga gelap
