Plan to stay at this hotel for only 2 nights. However, because the service is friendly, the place is comfortable, the rooms are spacious, we enjoy the holidays, so my family and I extend one more night to stay. The suite room is perfect for families who want a staycation. We really enjoy staying at this hotel for a long time, the breakfast is quite varied, the room attendants are very professional, cleanliness is always maintained, the receptionist is also fast in response to helping guests when there are problems. May all the good things continue!

Breakfast was less varied, and at that time I took cold cooked porridge hehe for the room it was ok, but at that time it wasn't clean, lots of hair on the sheets, and the bathroom was a bit cramped, what I liked the most was that the pool was really nice, spacious for swimming, just right.

Great service, great cleanliness, but maybe because the hotel is old, there are some things that need updating, floors and so on. But so far it's so good. Thanks Royal.

The room is clean, but in room 315 the bathroom drain is a little clogged, so the rest of the bath water is stagnant and floods the dry area. For the food menu, there is little variation.

I checked in at night at 12 o'clock at night, I really entered the room, it smelled so bad, okay, let's turn on the air conditioner to get rid of the smell, still. Please for the royal management to pay attention to the conditions in the room. Thank you

Bermalam di Hotel Royal Jember sesuai dengan ekspetasi saya dan keluarga, hotelnya sangat bersih, lokasi sangat strategis di area kota dan kampus, kemanapun mudah dijangkau, parkir area mobil dan motor sangat luas dan memadai, cocok deh, kita dibuat nyaman, harga kamar terjangkau dengan fasilitas kolam renang yang sangat bagus dan air nya bersih, menu resto nya murah dan dijamin rasa nya sangat worth it sekelas hotel bintang 5. Kamar juga dilengkapi coffee tea maker. AC dingin sekali dan air panas nya mantap banget. Dan satu lagi di hotel ini semua karyawannya sangat ramah dan helpful banget. Sangat puas dan recommended deh menginap di hotel ini, pasti kalau ke Jember pilihannya di Hotel Royal, kita kembali lagi. Terima kasih, excellent service nya Hotel Royal Jember
