The worse parkir ever. The hotel front liner showing the way to room floor but never explain how to access the floor: (. Staying 2 nights and feel dissapointed at the first sight.

Untuk masuk ke kamar menggunakan Aplikasi, cukup merepotkan harus Download dan Setting dulu padahal sampai di hotel sudah lelah ingin segera istirahat. Di kamar mandi juga tidak tersedia sikat gigi dan odol.

Kamar mandi lantai nya licin bgt, padahal selama pengalaman biasa menginap disini tdk ada keluhan. Utk parkiran skrg sangat2 repot karena tdk semua org mau mobil nya parkir valet. Parkir harus parkir di kantong parkir di tanah sebelah mall. Padahal kelebihan rooms inc adalah parkir yg sangat gampang dan praktis sebelum nya.

It ' s surprisingly great for the price. Not recommended for elderly as the rooms need app access keys and there is only one telephone per floor. No issue for us millennials/Gen Z. Very friendly staff, quiet and noise free rooms, and good quality furniture and amenities. WiFi was also good. Great location in DP mall, and near Lawang Sewu. Parking not an issue for me as they have free valet.

I had a coffee in the evening at the restaurant. I wanted to pay. They said later. And then at night at 11 p. M. They called several times in the room so that I could pay for the coffee! Dirty room. No toilet paper. Calling to get toilet paper waits more than an hour. Parking ful, witk valet waiting sometimes week-end 45 minutes before get car.
