The hotel is close to the river, the rooms are spacious, the breakfast is clean, the breakfast is quite good, recommend it for those who want to vacation in Bukit Lawang, the service is friendly, I will come back here if I vacation in Bukit Lawang again with my family.

The room we stayed in was poorly lit. The TV is not fit (only has one channel).

In essence all is good, even though our room is only given a fan, no hot water, for me no problem. The breakfast turn must be scrambling because many guests take more than the capacity to be taken to the room (maybe a lot of friends but only 2 people eat vouchers), and the fried rice is also repaired because it is not good if the hotel class. The other is okay. Hopefully it will be improved again. Thanks.

They said there was no room, and the room was broken by the toilet because it had been diributin with the reason for a message by traveloka that they love key but not good.

I ordered the hotel noon from the online application and the purchase was successful, I entered the hotel at 2pm until the receptionis hotel was closed, there were no people except security who initially ignored me, anyway ... I asked where the reception staff security was? they answered already closed the room was full, I haven't ordered the room through traveloka, but they were the hotel for a long time they didn't work together again with online travel whereas in the online application msh existed and my purchase was successful, they telephoned. picked up their manager, after checking, I was given entry after waiting almost 1 hour ... the reception was supposed to be 24 hours and at least the key was kept so it didn't disappoint guests ..
