I had the pleasure of experiencing a wonderful staycation with my family at Mason Pine Hotel, and I'd like to share our thoughts on the experience. Check-in was a breeze, allowing us to start our getaway with ease. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth start to our stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the impressive array of facilities available. The swimming pool was a hit with the family, offering a great way to relax and enjoy some quality time together. The pool's amenities and cleanliness added to the overall enjoyment. Our room was a delightful haven of cleanliness and comfort. It's always reassuring to stay in a clean and well-maintained environment, and Mason Pine Hotel certainly delivered on that front. The cherry on top of our staycation was the refreshing weather. The cool, fresh air provided the perfect backdrop to our family bonding moments, making the experience even more memorable. Overall, our stay at Mason Pine Hotel was a fantastic and rejuvenating experience. Was here for staycation with my hubby. We stayed for 3d2n at The premiere room, it wasn't spacious but we love the view from our room. Bathroom amenities was so lovely since they gave sensatia botanica as a body care. You must try soaking with a view in rooftop jacuzzi. Their breakfast was tasty but lack of variety. Overall Our experience was enjoyable.

The Hotel looked exactly like the picture, spacious, comfy and very clean. The staff was very helpful and very professional. This was second time our family stayed at this hotel. Will stay again soon

The hotel is luxurious and extravagant beyond its price. The staff were very warm and welcoming. The check-in was smooth, so we decided to get the Accor Plus membership. Our room was upgraded to the Suite, which has an amazing view of the city and Gedung Sate. The room is very nice with a modern and luxurious design. The breakfast was very nice, with many kinds of food to choose from. There is also a swimming pool and a fitness center. Overall a must stay place to enjoy Bandung from it's center.

A nice and comfortable hotel, our family is also very comfortable staying at the hotel, the swimming pool is also clean, and the facilities are complete.

I had a great time while staying at Novotel Bogor. The food and the staff are superb, especially Miss Nuni at the front office she was so helpful by arranging the Birthday cake in our room. Thank you so much for such genuine kindness. A five start for all of you guys!

2nd time staying here! Now the hotel is more accessible with the new Exit Tol Bogor Selatan, only around 5-10 mins from there! It was my mom's birthday, and we got a complimentary cake. Thanks to the staff at front desk! The request was supposed to be made at least 3 days prior, but he helped us in getting the cake. Overall very nice and helpful service. The breakfast is nice. Tips: watch the sunset by the pool, and sunrise from the balcony of your mountain view room!

This accommodation is perfect for honeymoon or family getaway. You can enjoy a wonderful view of nature. There's 2 swimming pool (adult + kids pool with warm water, so lovely!), some entertainment facilities (gym, play park for kids, mini golf, tennis meja and etc). I just stayed one night with my family. The bedroom are clean and comfy. I requested the baby crib (to be honest, I'm not expected too much but they fulfill it, really appreciate). Special thanks to Mr. Oki front office to gave us beautiful room with balcony. Also thanks to housekeeping team (forget his name, so sorry) who bring the baby crib. All staff really really friendly. Their service is truly amazing. Definitely will be back soon.

We booked 2 superior rooms with connecting door, both of them have no covering on the floor tile so we have to wear sandals while we were at the room. But anyway I loved the breakfast they served. Quite various and all of them was delicious. Moreover, The service is excellent. They responds our need quickly and friendly.

the room is spacious and clean, there are 4 pillows on the bed, hot water works very well, the swimming pool is small but enough. there are also playground and some restaurant around. I got early check in smoothly.

I was stayed 3 nights with family and booked 2 deluxe room. The staff were very helpful and always greeting even though there were lot of weddings on goong. The room is spacious and kids can enjoy circuit-view with some racing cars. We also happy to know that hotel also has kids activities beside swimming pool (archery, paint ball). We are glad to know that hotel made breakfast schedule (available 3 optional hours). The only thing that also need to be made as breakfast is the swimming pool. It should be divided for each 2 hours with max 2 pax per room, so it will not too hectic in pool and surrounding. Best success for the hotel and staff. Stay healthy.

Overall was a good stay. From arrival, the concierge is helpful, parking spaces are adequate, and the check was smooth. We booked 2 rooms and asked for connecting doors and we have them as requested. Welcome drink provided in nearby pool cafe. The room is clean, amenities are good considering this is a family budget hotel. The balcony was spacious. Our room view is a nearby the construction site, Andalusia Mosque and toll road. Not very great unless you get the mountain view rooms. Breakfast is also served properly, the variety is good and enough, no complaints on taste/service. All good. The only issue we had during our stay is since this is Ramadan the nearby Andalusia Mosque's massive loudspeaker will ensure you are waking up at 2 AM for sahoor and staying awake for another hour or so during morning prayers. Other than that, the stay is perfect. A quick getaway from Jakarta and nearby Pasar Ah Poong within walking distance. The hotel even provided a sky bridge direct to Pasar Ah Poong but it was closed during our stay. Thanks, Alana Sentul. It was a good stay even better than Aston Sentul's few km drive uphill.

It has a magnificent green and mountain view which is much needed for a city getaway. Weather was just right, sunny but not that hot. Wide park area with many options for activities. The room is pretty standard but the view from balcony is awesome. The pool is very big and nice but you can see a bit of greenish algae. Breakfast was good with many varieties. The real kids friendly hotel, we really had a great time! Free mini zoo access, movie time, outdoor playground and affordable bundling voucher for a lot of activities (Mini golf, painting, riding horse, etc.) 👍

Suite room is spacious and clean. Breakfast menu are variative and very good in taste. My kid enjoy the fishing activity. Too bad archery still not available.

The hotel is located in quiet upper class residential area. There are fine restaurants nearby. The room is well decorated, clean and equipped with various amenities. View from hotel restaurant in 10th floor is amazing especially during clear weather in night time. My improvement suggestion is to eliminate audible noise from rooms next doors.

The location is quite strategic, near toll road gate. The service also satisfying with nice and helpful staff. They helped us to arrange twin bed to become doubled. This hotel also offers good breakfast with various choices

We decided to stay with Anugrah for a day but let me tell you experience was amazing, this hotel location is very convenient, check in front office team is extremely friendly and caring, they upgraded our booking to a better superior room on their own. Room was amazingly clean, we got some welcome drinks, cookies, amazing team bags and welcome cakes in our room. They have 24x7 room service, restaurant staff and food is simply amazing, very reasonable, hygienic and tasty, entire hotel staff is amazingly Courtois and helpful. Beautiful spa and can easily say the best hotel I have ever stayed in Indonesia. Highly recommended for family trips

Nice hotel, room quite big, clean and tidy room. Street food area not far from the hotel. All the staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast main course not too many options but the side dish quite vary. Overall it's a pleasant experience, recommended hotel.
