This was the second time we stayed at this hotel, we chose this hotel again because on our previous stays all were good and pleasant, but our second stay was quite disappointing. First, we deliberately booked a deluxe room because this room is bigger than a standard room, but when we checked in we were given a very small room, at first we didn't know whether this was a deluxe room, because we assumed the receptionist had already gotten the details of our room reservation, but when we asked them again, it turned out that the room was a standard room, then we asked "didn't we order a deluxe room?" then they responded that in their system we ordered a standard room, when I showed the booking details on the application then they believed that our room was deluxe, in the end we had to move rooms again. Second, and we think this is quite serious, just when we entered the new room, we were greeted by two cockroaches coming out from under the table, I managed to hit one of them, this was really unpleasant, then the tap water at first looked fine, but after about 2 minutes we used the tap, the water that came out turned a duller color like it was polluted, is this due to the renovation process that is being carried out so that it pollutes the waterways?
