All the officers were very friendly, starting from security, receptionist, flying fox guide, drivers, restaurant staff, all very friendly. We got a free welcome drink, free flying fox and access to the swimming pool. The room is clean, smells good, good breakfast is even delivered to the room. All the employees there are very friendly. The food at the restaurant is delicious too. Just a suggestion that it is better to provide BBQ or Suki packages that visitors can rent. Because the place is quite remote, it's rather difficult to find food outside. We-well be back. 👍.

The staff are friendly. The rooms are pretty clean and well maintained. The food is also according to our family's tongue. Will come back again next time. Good luck GTK

Senang sekali bisa staycation di Porlak Jahe GTK ini, pelayanannya super duper ramah. Hanya saja kebersihan nya lebih di perhatikan lagi yah. Untuk pemandangan nya nggak usah di ragukan lagi, apalagi sunrise nya, juara. Makanan nya juga lumayan enak. Terima kasih Porlak Jahe GTK atas pengalaman terbaiknya.
