I booked three rooms at POP! Hotel Tanjung Karang for a stay from December 11 to 14, 2023. The uniformity of each room was appreciated, providing a consistent experience for our group. However, a notable downside was the cleanliness of the linen in all three rooms, which was a bit disappointing. Despite this issue, the staff demonstrated quick responsiveness when we raised the concern. Their efforts to address the matter were commendable, contributing to an overall positive impression of their service. While the uniformity of the rooms and the staff 's proactive response were pluses, attention to linen cleanliness needs improvement. POP! Hotel Tanjung Karang could offer an even more enjoyable stay with enhanced cleanliness standards.

Recommended stay for short stay. The AC is cold. Mineral water is provided at the corridor. Bathroom amenities was complete. I asked for sajadah and extra hanger, they could provide it fast.
