The staff was good, the rooms also, but still too much noise front outside the room, especially when other guests walk by and talk, and more thing they provide drinks amenities but there 's no electric kettle how supposed we brew it.

First of all, the room was nice and spacious, the bed was clean and comfy, the staffs were very polite and helpful, and what I loved the most was the way they provided drinking water for the guest. There were several water dispensers just outside the room, complete with cold and hot water to make tea or coffee. The downsides though, they did not provide liquid soap, but just only a bar soap. Next to that, I have turned off the AC in my room, but it still felt very cold. But nevertheless, I had great experience during my stay in Pop Hotel Solo. It was truly worth-the-value.

The interior need to upgrade, there's a lot cigarettes burns. I stayed on 10th floor (room 1002) but my room facing another hotel, so there's no good view. It's like 10th floor is specialized for smoking so cigarette smell is anywhere. The room was small as description but it's clean. The curtain looks broken since anytime I open it it close by it's self. The bathroom clean. The hot water were good even it's not quite stable (sometimes it's felt so hot). There's kids channel on the TV. Coffee, tea, sugar and water heater aren't available at room, but you can get hot water outside (the hotel provide water dispenser, as I see there's 2 on 10th floor). Overall it's comfortable and satisfying for me to stay 1 night there.

Everytime I visit Solo I always stay at Pop Hotel Solo because I love the mountain view from my hotel window. Room is bright and clean as well as the bathroom. Speed WiFi speed is fast. Keep it up.
