Why are the comments badmouthing the Parama hotel? Indeed, room 225 had problems with the air conditioner, but because I asked nicely to move rooms at the same price, I was given room 116, thank God, the air conditioner was cold and thank God there were no cockroaches in the bathroom even though in the comments there were cockroaches in the bathroom and thank God the hot water was really hot to take a shower so in my opinion the AC comment is not cold it's a lie and the water in the bathroom has no hot water it's a lie. The hotel clerk said he didn't want to go to the hotel room at check-in. The comments were not true because I was taken to the room by the clerk at check-in. I even want to stay at the Parama Hotel next time.

I stayed on June 24, 2022. In the Cottage Room, number 305, the car can be parked directly in front of the room. This hotel has a fairly spacy outdoor arena, there is a pool suitable for families to play. However, this hotel is not well maintained. Some of my notes: 1. The pillow inside needs to be replaced, because even though it has been covered with a pillowcase, the inside of the pillow is already ugly and the color of the stain gives a hash aroma, I'm afraid this pillow contains mites so it is dangerous to health. It's really not worth using anymore. 2. Toilets are old and very ugly. Mossy drain hole. Full of ant animals, 3. The lighting in the TV room is dim. 4. There is no hot water for bathing. 5. Wifi only at the door. In my opinion, this hotel is not suitable for those who are looking for comfort and cleanliness. The price is pretty much the same as other 3 stars.

Alhamdulillah anak-anak menikmati liburan di hotel ini. Untuk semua staff ramah, saya komplen karena di kamar untuk lampu tempat tidurnya tidak menyala langsung di benerin. Hanya saja sprei yang saya dapet sedikit bolong. View belakang hotel pun oke lah anak-anak bisa liat yang hijau-hijau. Terima kasih.

Hotel yang cukup bagus untuk staycation bersama keluarga dengan harga yang tidak terlalu mahal tergantung dengan tipe kamar. Lokasi pinggir jalan raya, memudahkan kita untuk keberbagai akses tempat lain. Pelayanan ramah, check in cepat, waktu checkout di infokan sebelumnya melalui WA, kolam renang besar, kualitas kamar perlu peremajaan tp masih cukup baik untuk di tempati untuk konsumen.

Awalnya ga niat nginap di Puncak tapi karena anak-anak masih pengen main akhirnya dadakan order via aplikasi, ga sampe 10 menit sampe di hotelnya langsung check in. Petugas hotelnya very helpful padahal ordernya baru banget, 5 menit proses check in langsung diantar ke kamar. Kamarnya sesuai request: nice view, kamar menghadap kolam renang dan view city light pas malem + view gunung pas pagi dan siangnya 😍. Saya booking 1 room dengan 2 single bed, kondisi kasur empuk, rapi dan bersih. AC dingin, TV ok, air hangat ok, mungkin sedikit saran untuk temboknya dicat ulang agar tidak kusam karena bangunan lama, lemari pakaiannya juga diberi pengharum agar tidak bau lemari lama, toiletnya tetap dijaga kebersihannya. Kolam renangnya bersih dan ada perosotannya sehingga anak-anak happy. Lokasi hotelnya tepat di samping jalan raya, sebelum Taman Safari, di depan hotel pusat oleh-oleh dan banyak jajanan jadi ga perlu khawatir kelaparan walaupun restoran di hotelnya tutup. Overall saya dan keluarga happy menginap di Parama, semoga next nya bisa lebih bagus lagi
