We love the hotel was clean and new, the room is clean and the TV channel has HBO, so its great, and it has beach access, very cool and also we can snorkling and watch the dolphins in the morning right from the beach of the hotel. Very nice and great experience

It was a pleasure stay! We also booked for dolphin watch and snorkeling service at a very affordable and reasonable price. Without any time limit. The room was clean, spacious, everything was working well. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Very nice service. Definitely will come back here if we're going to Lovina again.

I like this hotel. Very clean and spacious room with all the equipment in the room and toilet are work well. We got balcony that overlooking the sea. Good staff. The food for breakfast is limited but the taste are all good. We might will come back to this hotel again on the next holiday seasons.

The building, room, interior and exterior are awesome. Unfortunately, the hospitality of the staff especially the front office lady could be better, since the front office position is also known as the representative of the hotel. Smile and a warm greeting won't hurt anyone. We actually wanted to extend our stay for 1 more night, so we called the front office. We do understand the room that we stayed in was not available to be extended, it's not about the availability actually, it's more about how the way the lady delivered the information. It could be delivered in a better with a tourism hospitality manner. The front office could also be more informative on the room availability and explain the price and facilities just in more chill and welcoming voice tone. Therefore, we decided to not extend our stay and move to other hotel nearby which really boosted up the rest of our stay in Lovina. But overall, I do appreciate the art taste of whoever build or own the hotel, the artistic concept is the highlighted point to our stay in padmasari. Thank you.

Good, comfortable living here, according to expectations and explanations in the application. You can order a boat to see dolphins and water tours and be picked up directly at the beach in front of the hotel.

Got annoyed because the check-in process was very long, only paid after entering the room. Room conditions are fragrant, clean, sea view is relaxing. Overall like staying here.
