I booked a room for a relative, it was agreed for the type of room and the rate in question. However, upon arrival at this hotel, the relative did not get the room that had been booked. The reason is that the saver room type has run out. The available types are more expensive, namely double standard and deluxe. Because they are already in the hotel and have no other alternative. The relative was forced to take the available room by paying more. Because they don't want to argue with the receptionist who has a limited understanding of service but still insists on the applicable hotel regulations. Complaints have been submitted to the owner. Mrs. Empress. But the owner did not take any action to win the favor of the relative. Suggestions for potential guests. Please make sure the selected room is available before arriving at this hotel. Similar practices were experienced by other guests.

A bit disappointed. Already paid for 2 rooms but when I checked in, I only had 1 room left and had to pay again to upgrade to a deluxe room🥲.

Very, very not recommended, the price applied is not appropriate after arriving at the hotel, the receptionist always makes excuses for visitors to add additional fees, and the price of the hotel is quite expensive, ordinary rooms 130k outside bathrooms, standard rooms 150k are always full for various reasons, and deluxe rooms 200rb private bathroom. So prepare your money to add additional fees that are not included in the application.

The strangest hotel I've ever stayed in, even though the rooms are still there, right up to full. I was told to add this fee, I won't stop here anymore, the room is really bad, astaghfirullah.
