Overall. the booking process was easy, check in was awesome because the check in desk active at 3 am. But I was a little bit uneasy while opening the door room. It smells like cigarettes all over the room. I need exactly 45 minutes with the AC at 18°C to get rid of it. The bedcover is a bit dirty with some liquid spots so I need to cover up with my own bed sheets. Moreover, the bedroom is wide but barely sweep. I still found a sheet of clothes in the cupboard (I don't know whose clothes is this). Fyi, OYO doesn't give any amenities anymore here, so think again if you want to stay longer because obviously you need water. Bathroom is quite good. No trash, and you still can get access to warm water in the afternoon. that's good. But try to activate the dryer once before use it. access to restaurant is a little bit far, so just use online service. That's all. thanks.

The worst ever! The bed sheet was really dirty, the room was dirty, the toilet didn't flush, the floor was really dirty like it hadn't been mopped in years. The AC is not cold, the shower water is not hot, the bath towel is worse than the doormat at home. Even though this is the second time I have stayed here. The first time I complained, but the second time the condition was even worse. Sorry if I have to be honest because I am a hospitality industry person. I actually tried booking at other places yesterday, but they were all fully booked. So I had to come back here. :(

Kamar kotor, lantai seperti tidak di sapu sehingga ada beberapa tempat seperti ada kotoran cicak, di bedcover banyak bercak kuning, rambut rontok seperti bedcover yang lama tidak diganti tetapi sering digunakan. Di aplikasi ada 2 free mineral water tetapi saat di tempat tidak ada dan saya tidak melanjutkan untuk bermalam karena kotor.

Bedding is very dirty, tower so so tirdy. Shower is broken and the toilet too. Ant is everywhere. And the water is linking everywhere in the building.
