The rooms are not clean and there are cobwebs, the sheets also don't smell good, the water heater is also off, the air conditioner doesn't feel like it. The bathroom is pretty clean.

Kurang puas sebenernya karena kamar kita dekat resepsionis, jendela sebelahan sama pintu yang gak ditutup suara agak bising, mohon maaf baiknya pintu dapur ditutup, kamar mandi bersih, kamar bersih, AC dingin.

Saya menginap 5 malam. Wifi hanya bisa digunakan pada hari pertama, sisanya tidak bisa. Sudah melaporkan keluhan tapi jawabannya “mungkin trouble” tidak ada tindakan sama sekali. Kamarnya banyak sarang laba-laba, sprei dan tirai seperti tidak dicuci
