The second time staying here, but it's getting worse. I had notes when ordering this hotel to be cleaned before I checked in but it turned out to be zonk! The room is really cool, smells, a lot of dirt, only 1 towel, not long after I went downstairs to complain and ask for help to be cleaned but the mas said cleaning was only in the morning. Finally I went back upstairs (3rd floor) there happened to be a broom, so I did it myself! My husband also went out to buy camphor because the bathroom smelled bad. And here, the lift is dead, so I carry my big suitcase and big bag up by myself without being offered "do you want help or not". Oh yes, we have to talk to the receptionist every day if we want to clean the room, if we don't talk, it won't be cleaned. I happen to be here a week so I always ask for cleaning every day. Have you ever tried not to say you wanted to see if it was cleaned or not, and it wasn't cleaned at all. Suggestions if you stay here for more than a day, you have to be fussy and ask for cleaning.

There are no towels, the rooms are not maintained, the smell is musty, the paint is peeling off, the hot water doesn't work. Highly not recommended

Jadi waktu itu pesen emang kamar yang promo. Dikasih di room 314, tipe twin bed. Begitu masuk, lampu kamar remang-remang, bau ga enak dari toilet. Pas masuk, klosetnya kuning, kaya ga rutin dibersihin. Lantai kamar mandi juga banyak kuningnya, dinding di deket shower retak, jadi shower miring. Handuk warnanya abu-abu udah bukan putih/kuning lagi. Lemari pintunya agak rusak, TV waktu dinyalain juga gambarnya ga jelas, buka selimut spreinya banyak noda, berasa agak ngeres kaya lama ga diganti. Horor banget mohon maaf mana aku nginep sendiri 😭😱 akhirnya aku minta ganti kamar, dapet di lantai 1 yang beda banget, nambah 50k. Ga apa-apalah nambah daripada ga bisa tidur. Saran aja meskipun promo harusnya ga gitu-gitu amat. Saya bayar juga lumayan kok 200k kurang 2k, mohon kebersihan lebih diperhatikan. Karena kalau di kamar yang di lantai 1 nyaman padahal cuma beda 50k. Sayang cuma ngefoto kamar mandi, ga seluruh kamar.

Dari depan tampak besar dan mewah hotel OYO tapi di dalamnya jujur agak kecewa karena interior kamarnya yang kurang memadai dari TV sampe colokan listrik. Apalagi saya berada di lantai 3 yang seharusnya TV nya bisa nyala ternyata gak bisa nyala. Dan saya pindah kamar TV bisa nyala tapi cuma beberapa channel aja yang bisa terus colokan listrik yang di bawah di kamar 319 keduanya gak berfungsi gimana bisa cas hp? Kalau soal harga sih lumayan murah. Ya bener ada harga ada kualitas. 😵💫😵😫
