I regret staying at Gracia. Luckily only last night. What I see in the pictures is the nice orange color of the new building. When I got there, I was given an old building room. The building is no longer usable. The bathroom is shabby. Dirty. When I wake up in the morning, I want to take a shower, the water is thick, but only for a moment. The flow of water is clogged below it. So stagnant water. I complained that it wasn't there, I said pointing to the new building. He said it wasn't in the app. It's 23 o'clock in bed. How come the blanket smells of sour man's armpits. If you want to complain, you're lazy first, just accept it. Isn't it washed by someone else? I'm being victor and nagging myself. Hi, basically 1 star for Gracia. The hotel walls are also dirty. It's painted once a year. Don't want to take the money. Too bad I didn't get to take the photo. Don't think about making a motto. Don't be shy about taking photos. The hotel is bad. If you don't believe it, just come and go there. Book yourself to know the taste. The sandals are just as good as in other hotels. The room did not match as in the picture even though in a good picture it turned out that the hotel was given a room that was a shabby building. The bed was not comfortable, it was rickety, the shower only had five points where the water continued to be dirty. Usually when you sleep in oyo, there is no oyo symbol on this mattress, a thin blanket with holes in it, it's a shame I didn't take a photo of the room, I'm really disappointed that I didn't stay at Gracia twice like this. Saya pikir di hotel yang baru nya ternyata kesamping hotel tersebut ada bangunan tua terpisah. Dan kurang sip tapi sudah terlanjur. Begitu terasa ac nya hidup ternyata bau rokok akhirnya minta pindah kamar yang no smoking. Tapi tidak jauh beda rasanya kurang nyaman dan tidak ada kaca rias kecuali harus ke toilet untuk berias karena saya mau ke undangan begitulah. Namanya diskon jadi jangan percaya dengan diskon. Kita terkesima dengan iklan dan tampilan yang menggiurkan. Itu cuma iklan seharus nya ditampilkan yang sesungguh nya agar orang tidak kecewa. Dan untuk pelayan Receptionist nya baik dan ramah.
