Is it a star hotel? nobody can answer my question over there. over price, do not have secure parking lot, no lift, nobody helping our baggage, room space too small, water quality, etc.

Bathroom is not working properly, no water flowing out of the hose. There is no available breakfast as promised. The staff is grumpy, not nice at all.

Problem with air condition in my room. The air condition was not run well. Many time off immediately, I ask to repair but no response from receptionist. So I will check out and move to other hotel and also noise in the breakfast time because of the room near breakfast room. So please make selection or evaluation.

has anyone review this hotel before? I mean maybe for a short stay the hotel isn't bad but I stayed little bit longer than one night and honestly I regret it. the ambience of the hotel is dead. it's either the staff that weren't professional or they worked there long enough and underpaid that they didn't seem to care about the hotel. 2 times I found the guy in the receptionist were sleeping, some of them didn't wear uniform but that's probably because they don't have any. the reception desk is not 24 hour, the staff were so loud in the morning, they were so loud like they're in their own house and didn't care about the guests that stayed. Oh yeah the hotel doesn't have a power generator and is leaking during heavy rain. that's sums up my review.

The hotel is nice and comfortable, the service is great, the hotel is really recommended. If you go to Jogja, you want to come here again.
