Novotel Suites Yogyakarta Malioboro

Great hospitality, comfort room, yummy dinner or breakfast as well and novotel gave us a small new year gift, will be back for our next holiday, thank you

Good time, especially the swimming pool quite spacious.

The room is big and the staff are friendly and helpful.

2 nights (not high season) and what I've experienced was: Pro (s): 1. Super helpful floor team, technicians, restaurant team, pool service and security. 2. Breakfast menu and taste is 7 out of 10 with helpful restaurant service, they got ice cream at that time and good one. 3. Clean room & bathroom. 4. Microwave available. 5. Easy to find hand sanitizer. 6. Bicycle rent. 7. Internet is fast and reliable for work. Con (s): 1. Front desk service is bad and unfriendly, laughing almost seems like mocking act and this happens more than 2 times with different picture. 2. Supervisor of the front desk too entitled and superiority. Giving too much information about his title and it's not helpful nor useful for me or my family. 3. No welcome drink for personal. Only for big group. 4. No bathtub for Superior room and it's not cheap budget room either. Bathtub for junior is available. But the room is all booked, available at last minute but I booked at nearby hotel already. 5. Parking and drop off in lobby area is one way so you had to you turn at site or wait for other to you turn and it's very narrow space. Maybe it's due to Ibis Hotel is closed so the lobby area that used to connected had to closed too. 6. No ironing set available. 7. TV (they use Samsung) is really big but always lagging and stuck, somehow youtube and online TV is always lagging.

If you go to Malioboro, your favorite is definitely to stay at Novotel. 🤗

Very pleasant holiday here, clean rooms, all the staff are friendly and very helpful to us guests so we feel comfortable. Every time we go to Jogja we definitely stay at this hotel.

The hotel is very close to Malioboro. And most importantly, very close to the monument station. The rooms are spacious. Unfortunately the equipment provided is incomplete (no comb). The service is friendly. The food is delicious too.

Very strategic location. Complete room facilities, there is a microwave, sofa and others. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast menu is varied.

We stayed 2 nights, good service, fast response and care for the children. The location is also strategic in the middle of Malioboro

The service is good, the staff are friendly and the room is also neat and clean, it's close to Malioboro so if you want to go for a walk, just walk. Anyway, it's really good, really recommended for those who want to stay around Malioboro. Hotel but like an apartment.
