Everything is comfortable, good, the service is very fast during the check in and check out process even though there are lots of queues, the food is delicious, suitable for children too. Maybe I would add the disadvantages: 1. The lift capacity is very small, so yesterday the hotel was full, we had to be a little patient 😊. 2. The view is less aesthetic when entering the hotel area because the apartment area is empty, but when entering the hotel area it is actually not as scary as when you first turn. 3. The room is small, but that's okay, it's not a problem, the important thing is that it's clean, the bed is wide. The rest are satisfied with Next Hotel's service

+ The hotel is close to the city center, clean, friendly staff, decent breakfast, requests are fulfilled including asking for a birthday greeting cake. - Narrow elevator so queuing.

At first I was a bit doubtful because access from the highway was not convincing, but after staying a few days it turned out that it was OK. Very good friendly service, no doubt, the food is also quite good. There are things that are not fulfilled and maybe need improvement: 1. Wifi, unfortunately, only applies to 1 device. 2. Coincidentally, the room where I live in the sofa has spots, so I'm hesitant to use it, like dried mucus spots. 3. There are 2 parking facilities but they seem comfortable in front of the hotel, but you must understand because the level of shade is minimal so vehicles can overheat in the rain (there are other facilities in the basement) 4. Well, I have also read the following comments from other customers, the air conditioner is like abnormal in the sense that the temperature is low but the cold doesn't seem right (you could say it's not cold enough).

So far I'm quite satisfied with this hotel, the price is affordable, the breakfast is delicious, there are several variations on the menu, the hotel staff are friendly, the rooms are also no complaints, only maybe because the access to the swimming pool is being renovated so it's a little annoying. Overall quite satisfied with the hotel, and if I go to Jogja again I would recommend staying there again.
