I had a so so experience here. First, I got a trouble with my booking, I reserved 2 rooms with double bed but the receptionist said I can only got 1 room with double bed and 1 room with twin bed because ‘some group’ have reserved it first. Both rooms are in the 2nd floor but different wing, so if I want to go to the other room I had to go downstairs then go back upstairs. Secondly, I got a problem with aircon in my room. But it got fixed the next day. Overall, the room is good (as long as we don’t get any troubles in room), the service are not bad .

Clean and comfortable. Strategic location. Near Indomaret too and not too noisy. Close to Taman Intan Nginden, so if you want to jog in the morning or just looking for the night wind is okay. Friendly service. But right in the room yesterday maybe 207 (forgot) the bathroom had no clothes hangers and the deceased also lacked stockpiles. Plus, the bathroom door ventilation suddenly dislodged (please repair). One more thing, in the middle of the room for the nobar behind the receptionist it would be more comfortable if you use air conditioning instead of a big fan. And for the mini bar, I suggest there is a guard, there is enough supply of soft drinks (for sale). Overall, I enjoyed it.

My experience staying at this hotel is impressive because the service from the receiptionist and other waiters is also satisfying, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The atmosphere is also calm supporting for refreshing and resting from the stress of work.

The bathroom key was broken, the bathroom was dirty, there were cockroaches, and the pillowcase was rather dirty too, for that price, I think it should be better :)
