Stayed 2 nights because I had work to do in HI. Clean rooms, fragrant hotel hallways, delicious breakfast, friendly staff. But the blanket has lots of stains. Asked to replace it, but after replacing it, it turned out that the new blanket also had lots of stains. The boss said it was like that, the stain couldn't be removed, but it had been washed and had just come out of the laundry. Hehe, yes, if that's how it is. Likewise, be more careful when putting mineral water/coffee/tea/creamer in your room. Because I got the creamer which had expired in the 9th month of 2023 even though I was staying in the 11th month and I had already conveyed that to the room boy. Hopefully in the future it will be better.

Dear MaxOneHotels. Thank you for your responsibility, the kindness and the facilities. Is the hotel still new? The room I got was room + breakfast for 2 nights due to work matters. The employees are friendly, you can borrow a hairdryer. The place is really clean, the toilets are clean, the main lobby is the same place to eat so when I checked out yesterday it was crowded with people at lunch πŸ˜… The variety of food is lacking but it's really good, just for breakfast it's already full. Kedua kali saya menginap di sini, pelayanan selalu ramah. Saya meminta apa kebutuhan saya, alhamdulilah di sediakan. Contohnya hair dryer dan mukena. Kamar, toilet dan perlwngkapan toilet bersih semua, tv oke, lantai bersih. Yang disayangkan hanya mukena terlalu kecil, jadi kaki dan telapak tangan saya tetep terlihat. Semoga ke depan nya di sediakan mukena yang ukuran besar. Terima kasih maxone! πŸ€— pasti akan kembali karena dekat dengan kerjaan suami.

Setau saya, hotel ini baru 1 tahun. Tp apa yang saya temukan di kamar, seperti hotel yang udah 10 tahun. Ketika masuk kamar, tong sampah sudah penuh dengan sampah-sampah. Sprei yang sangat tidak bersih! Dengan beberapa noda dan coretan bolpen. Yang terburuk adalah sarung bantalnya. 4 sarung bantal dengan noda yang sangat terlihat yang membuat saya untuk pertama kalinya tidur di hotel dengan tidak memakai bantal. Tolong diperhatikan untuk hal ini. Dengan kelas kamar yang saya booked, tidak seharusnya ini terjadi. Sarapan pagi? Warteg masih lebih menarik. Rasa yang kurang dan variasi yang sangat minim.
