The umpteenth time staying here even though from outside the hotel room feels like a boarding room but after entering the contents are not inferior to 5 star hotels, huh. The air conditioner is very cold, the room smells good, the bed is big for 3 of us more, all the food menu is really good, the food is also fresh, the service is okay, satisfied to eat, continue to add more because the three of us in 1 room, the price of the additional meal for 1 person is quite cheap, huh with a varied menu, right, Luwansa hotel, Palangkaraya, good luck, next trip, we'll come back here again

We ordered two rooms, unfortunately we didn't get one bed, but twin beds. But the officers coped by combining. We stayed in rooms 319 and 320, the rooms were clean, the facilities were complete, even though the toilet had a faint unpleasant smell. Breakfast is also diverse with good taste. When checking out the clerk said there were items left behind, it turned out to be a socket from my child's room, thank you. This is our first time to Palangkaraya, maybe also the last because we live in West Sumatra. We are satisfied with all the services of the Luwansa hotel, thank you.

Previously, we apologized for not being able to fulfill Mrs. Mirdayanti's request for a double room. We adjusted it to the room type on the voucher, but if it is still available, we will allocate it. However, sorry, on Mother's Day, the double check-in type is full.
We will make repairs to the toilet soon.

Kamar cukup luas, AC dingin, kamar mandi bersih, untuk sarapan perlu diperhatikan lagi, menu sayuran/lauk masih kurang bervariasi, hanya ada beberapa pilihan saja. Secara umum puas.
