The staff is friendly, but I don't know if you order a room through Traveloka, you get one that is not fully furnished, which doesn't have a kitchen. Even though I've brought food ingredients to cook, but it's okay to get experience. Thanks.

Di foto sama kenyataan bedanya jauh banget untuk harga 240k ini sih ga recommended, karena udah 2x nginep di lagoon dengan developer yang berbeda dan harga yang sama kamarnya sesuai dengan yang di foto, baru kali ini ga sesuai sma yang di foto mana seprei robek sarung bantal kotor tv renyek semut di mana mana asli ga nyaman nyesel sih, di keterangan aplikasi 2 ruangan tapi di sini kenyataannya cuma 1 parah dah parah

Saya sudah beberapa kali nginep di Lagoon tapi baru kali ini nemu kamar yang begini, ada pacet di kamar mandi bener-bener menjijik kan dan wifi tidak bisa karena belom bayar. Trus tissue tidak ada mineral tidak disediakan. Handuk cuman dikasih satu sangat tidak nyaman dan tidak menyenangkan.

Pertama datang acnya tidak dingin, minta diganti kamar dapet ac yang bocor, tidak ada tanggapan. Tidak ada wifi, tv tidak bisa buka channel, ac bocor, kasurnya bunyi-bunyi, token sudah mau habis, harus turun dulu minta, ditelepon di nomor yang dituju, tidak bisa. Tempat menginap yang sangat tidak di rekomendasikan karena kamar tidak siap, bed sheet kotor, handuk sudah robek, tempat tidur amblas tidak nyaman, tv penuh rintik. This is my bad experience ever had. And please improve this service. I think i dont wanna comeback again.

Took a long time for me to be able to check-in, and once I get into the room. It is nothing like the photo :) completely different room, bedsheets and room smell, ac is not working properly. Will never book any room from Kita pro ever again:).
