Strategic location, spacious rooms, soft mattresses. There is no TV broadcast at all, so I can't watch it, the ac remote is also not there, the fried rice breakfast is a bit spicy.

Ac is not hot. Tv doesn't live. The room key doesn't work. Parking is not clear.

The bathroom leaked and the toilet was not clean.

The service is very bad and unfriendly.

The homestay location is very strategic. I've stayed here 2 times because the staff service was unsatisfactory or not really focused on taking care of the homestay. First: the staff does not offer room cleaning, aqua bottle drinks, although there are refills but guests should also be given aqua bottle drinks and towel changes. Second: from the first time I stayed at a homestay until this was the 2nd time when breakfast was only fried rice. Like there is no other menu in this world, imagine that you stay up to 4-5 days for breakfast only fried rice. Many menus are not difficult, really, fried noodles, fried vermicelli or eggs and vegetables or indeed the staff only heats the fried rice. Third: cleanliness outside the room is not very good, garbage is piled up, tables are not wiped. Fourth: the staff doesn't seem to respect guests, because they like to make noise or talk/laugh out loud until guests feel disturbed. Hopefully there will be changes in the future. I think the place to stay is very good, but the service is still very lacking. Thank you.
