The room looks the same as shown in the picture, all that is requested, fulfilled. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. For breakfast it is also very good. We will definitely stay again. Thank you Java Lotus Hotel Jember

Close to the main square. The access is close to Lippo Mall. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. Satisfied staying here

It's really comfortable staying here. What was only 1 night, it was extended for 1 more day. Friendly staff, everything is in order. π. Parking will be full if there is an event, or weekend.

Overall service is actually satisfactory. It's just that for wifi, it's very disappointing, even to connect it can't. The rest is very satisfying. Get a heater, coffee and packaged tea. The toiletries also smell clean and are just right for my sensitive skin.

The dressing mirror was broken, I rejected it on the grounds that my young child likes to explore, but I still hated being given a room with a broken mirror. The room view is bad, only the big wall of the building next door. Only one pair of sandals, only given another pair after complaining. Wifi is very bad, it was handled after I complained, but the connection continued to be bad even until I checked out. I don't know, my experience of staying here twice before was very good, but this third time was disappointing. Has the service been lacking since it was established alone (no longer partners)? π

Strategic place and nice view but service at check-in was not satisfactory because I was told to wait until 2 o'clock to check in but there were new guests arriving and paying on the spot and I could check in immediately, after I protested to the officer concerned, I just found a room and could check in, for the cleanliness of the bed linen is also lacking because there are still some dirt spots.

Oke banget. π. Resepsionis cantik, ramah & care atas komplain tamu. Sekuriti membantu parkir mobil dengan baik & breakfast oke tidak kalah dengan hotel dengan bintang di atasnya. Walaupun menginap di sini sebelumnya pernah beberapa kali komplain tetapi selalu ditanggapi dengan baik. Jadi kl pas kerja ke Jember menjadi salah satu hotel favorit. Asal tidak penuh pasti nginap di sini karena di tengah kota & kl pagi bisa jogging mengelilingi alunΒ² Jember. π
