Budget hotel with spacious room even just for single pax. Located only aprox 300-500m from the losari beach, as seen on pictures. The room was okay, the water pressure especially in hot setting was low but in cold setting it was great. If you have an extra space in your luggage bring your own towel, cause the towel weren't really absorbing the excess droplet. Also they used some kind of specific perfume linen spray and it was so strong, if you're not a fan of heavy fragrance you will not like it. Staff was friendly and helpful although in my last day I was asked to moved to other room due to maintenance in that current floor.

1st time stayed at this hotel due to an event in town that make all hotel rooms full. Friendly staff, nice & quiet room, cool aircon, hot water available in bathroom.

Along the corridor on the 3rd floor it smells musty. Along the corridor leaks and wet carpet. The smell was really felt in the room. Difficult to sleep because of the smell that is felt in the room. The pillows were damp until they asked to be replaced. My advice to IBIS management, before reopening operations, make sure the hotel conditions, especially the rooms, are in good condition. Other than that, breakfast and service are still good.

The service is very satisfying. When checking out, my wife forgot the watch she left in the room and the clerk immediately informed her and delivered the watch.

The rooms are clean, the facilities are as described and function well. OK price. Food is quite good.

The check-in is fast, because you use an application, right 😆. Smooth all. The room is safe, just want to be on the top floor to get room 213 with a tile view 😆. My advice is better to take the top floor. You don't have to look at the floor. An alternative view can see the view of the city of Makassar. There is a water heater, only glass bottles filled with drinking water are provided in the hallway, coffee sugar tea, and so on. Slipper only gets 1 including a toothbrush as well, usually you can ask. For breakfast it is quite varied, only side dishes for rice when I stayed were only fried chicken. The others are complete, there are salads, omelettes, pecel, porridge, cakes, bread, saraba is also available. Pretty complete. Thank you ibis.

The check-in process is very fast, then when you enter the room you are treated to a really cool view, to Losari beach you can also walk, the hotel is strategically close to everywhere. It's just that the size of the room is compact/small so it's not suitable if you bring small children/often bumped into it.

Watch the sunset without having to go to the beach. Just from the bedroom window. For complete room facilities. Such as refrigerators, water heaters, safes, hair dryers and others. Very good service. Only room neighbors who bring children make it less comfortable. His son was allowed to run in the hallway screaming and knocking on the door. It's not even good to be reprimanded.
