Not given soap, shampoo, toothbrush, tissue. There is no hot water. There are no mats / footcloths. No drinking water. Elevator not working. Access via stairs, but spooky and dirty stairs. Towels are available, but they are thin and the color is like a rag, hairy brown. The hallway leading to the room was smelly, stuffy and spooky because of the dim lights. The location is far from places to eat and there is only Alfa Express whose selling price is 2 times more expensive than the normal price. Hotel service is also not friendly. Very disappointed choosing to stay here.😥. The only good thing is that the air conditioner is cold, the room is quite spacious, the TV works well, the room lights are bright.

The facilities are bad, there is no drinking water, there is also no brushing of teeth, the room is also about to collapse, the AC remote is broken, the AC also can't turn on, the bathroom is dirty and smelly. Pegawai yang pas check in ramah, tapi pas check out judes. Tampilan luarnya bagus tapi kamarnya agak kotor sih, tapi mayanlah untuk keadaan darurat.

My experience while staying at the hotel was very pleasant, the atmosphere was cool. It only needs to be taught to employees how to serve guests properly & correctly. Equipment in the hotel room also needs attention.
