The hotel is very satisfying, recommended. The hotel is close to places to eat, easy to find. There are shuttle transportation facilities from the hotel to the airport. (Free / free). Good service good rooms all good. Cold AC.

The experience here was pleasant, I checked in at night and was served well, and made sure the room was ready to be occupied, clean, tidy, and the price was right in my pocket, perfect for transit because it was very close to the airport and what distinguishes it from other places, here is provided free airport pick-up and drop-off 24 hours. When I checked out I got more bread. Definitely come back here again.

Sharia hotel. Clean according to budget too. There are airport facilities too. Spacious rooms can add more beds. Suitable for families who want to transit. It's recommended.

There are so many minuses, the building seems old and unkempt π₯² from the ceiling in the bathroom, the hole in the bathroom door cannot be closed, the sink leaks and spurts everywhere, the lights don't turn on, etc. plus the minus is the atmosphere is really horror π my mom Those who have never been afraid to be alone feel a lot of mystical things, gosh, I can't imagine how it feels to want to hurry up in the morning π₯². I've stayed at hotels that are cheaper than this but the service and quality of the hotel is much better than this hotel. Sorry, for the owner of this hotel, my review is very honest because I was very disappointed. The plus point of staying at this hotel is that it is only close to the airport & free airport shuttle, that's all the others are 1 star.

Dengan harga murah sangat worth menurut ku ya, kamar luas, lokasi strategis, banyak yang jual makan dekat hotel jadi gampang mau makan bisa jalan kaki, dekat hotel ada masjid, apotek, Indomaret, Alfamidi banyak lagi deh. Yang paling suka dapet snack waktu check out plus gratis antar ke bandara. Pelayanan juga ramah. Sukses selalu Hotel Walan Syariah. π

Semoga berkah amin.(+) 1. Pelayanan staffnya ramah-ramah π sehat terus mba-mba dan mas-masnya amin. 2. Karena covid, jadi sarapan khusus dipesankan πbukan bikin sendiri terus di packing sendiri, terharu. 3. Layanan antar gratis ke bandara.(-) 1. Wifi tidak stabil, hilang mulai jam 22:00. Username yang nyampe kamar cuma 1. Jadi sampe check out pake kuota pribadi. 2. Kamar mandi karatan dan bocor, air menetes-netes. Berkerak juga. Gantungan shower juga ga ada. 3. Tidak ada tissue. Semoga pihak hotel dimurahkan rezeki dan hatinya untuk memperbaiki fasilitas hotel, amin.

Dulu pas kuliah pernah nginap sini. Jadi ke sini lagi karena sudah ada gambaran, & masih sama seperti dulu, cukup bagus untuk tarif sgitu (lumayan). Minusnya, kamar untuk sekarang ini tidak sebersih dulu (trlihat seperti lama tidak d pakai jadi sedikit berdebu). Kalo heater dari dulu memang ndak ada, tp ndak masalah karena Surabaya panas. Resto lagi maintenance jadi sementara kemaren saya ndak bisa pesan breakfast, cuma yang jual makanan & supermarket d skitaran sana banyak & dekat-dekat (jalan kaki bisa). Plusnya, free antar ke bandara (shuttle bandara).

Pengalaman pertama menginap di sini check-in jam 11 malam karena lembur pekerjaan. Bagi yang berpasangan diminta KTP masing-masing atau menunjukkan buku nikah. Dapat kamar di lantai 3 dengan naik tangga karena alasan lift rusak. :') Kamarnya cukup bersih namun eksterior lama, di lemari tidak tersedia hanger untuk menggantung baju, tidak ada air mineral, tidak tersedia sandal. Handuk hanya tersedia 1, sikat gigi 1, shampoo sachet, sabun kecil. Water heater berfungsi dengan baik. Lokasi dekat ke arah bandara, ada fasilitas antar jemput ke sana. Terima kasih semoga ke depannya selalu ada peningkatan yang lebih baik lagi.
