The second time I spend one night here in this hotel. Still love the friendly staffs, spacious clean room and good breakfast. But in the morning when we wake up, we asked for some mineral water to be deliver to our room, it took forever to receive it and we already called the room service twice, that's very disappointed cause we're very thirsty.

The most stunning hotel. The view from this room at Santika Gresik has not yet been compared to any other Santika. Thank you for the Hotel staff who have given me a room on the top floor according to my request. The breakfast is also delicious

First time staying here in a suite room, the facilities are really good. Given free fruit basket, complimentary snacks. And the view from the room is really okay. All staff are friendly, can be repeated for the next staycation.

Second time staying at this hotel. Close to the in-laws' house, next to the mall, it was easy for us to find equipment that was lacking. The children and husband were very happy to swim on the 3rd floor, the atmosphere of the quiet swimming pool seemed to be their own.

Service is okay. The officers there are also friendly and helpful. Lamar's cleanliness is pretty clean. Only the sink at my place is a bit clogged, the water floats for a long time. Then in the swimming pool bathroom there is also no soap available. Soap is only available in the outdoor rinse area. For breakfast it's actually okay, but for some reason when I had breakfast a little later (9 o'clock) everything was cold, and the food ended up being a bit hard.
