There were some rice and candy wraps on the floor and lots of ants. Looks like the room was cleaned in a hurry. The bed sheets and the towels are a not clean and yellowish and there are some stains on the bedsheet😪. Although the view from the room is nice and the breakfast is okay. What a pity a room with a nice view but quite not managed well

The rooms are spacious and close to Unpad and ITB as well as rancaekek industrial areas. Smooth WiFi, which is less likely to be lacking many TV channels.

Suitable for holidays with family, nice view, there is a balcony outside, for children to be free to swim as much as they want. Recommended if you return to Jatinangor.

The hotel facilities are pretty good, there is WiFi, a swimming pool, the price is also competitive. Unfortunately the balcony cannot be opened so those who want to smoke have to go far down the elevator looking for an open area.

Spacious rooms, complete equipment, great hospitality, at a glance more of an apartment that is camouflaged as a hotel. But the tv channel is incomplete and many can't. Towels smell good and clean, but look like they've been used many times. Dark entrance. The rest is all good.

Stayed one night in a superior double bed room, overlooking the pool. Sheets and towels that are dull in color need to be replaced. The lights on the balcony didn't turn on, the exhaust in the bathroom didn't turn on. Cleanliness of the room and bathroom needs to be improved. The rooms are quite spacious. Breakfast is quite diverse and tasty. Just for a night's rest is enough. There are many restaurants and cafes around the hotel, and you can order online too.

Saya datang sekitar jam 1 malam. Karena ada di keterangan di traveloka receptionist 24jam. Tapi saat Sampai di sana tidak ada receptionist atau pun staff satu orangpun di lobby. Saya panggil-panggil tidak ada yang jawaban atau respon apapun. Saya nunggu dilobby sampai 45menit, dengan membawa anak saya yang masih bayi. Saya telepon no yang tertera tidak dapat di hubungi. Setelah hampir 45menit saya dilobby akhirnya ada yang keluar dari office yang ada di belakang lobby. Saya di kasih kamar no 312B. Saat saya masuk, kamar sudah berantakan. Seperti sudah pernah dipakai dan tidak di bersihkan dan di rapihkan lagi. Lalu saya turun untuk balik lagi ke lobby. Karena no telpon hotel yang tertera benar-benar tidak bisa di hub. Saya punya video saat saya mengembalikan kunci, dan meminta kamar yang benar-benar layak di tempati untuk kami yang baru datang. Saya sangat sangat kecewa dengan hotel tersebut. Karena saya datang dari jauh. Membawa anak saya yang masih bayi. Tapi pelayanan nya sangat-sangat buruk.
