I have been since 2020, the beginning of the pandemic year, been a customer at this hotel. This hotel is non-smokers tolerant, I am allergic to nicotine, so I would have shortness of breath if a hotel room was occupied by a former person who smoked in that room. Well, in my opinion, Ruby Syariah Hotel is clean according to my health version. However, rooms are still provided on certain floors for people who smoke. Because of the hotel's sharia, I also feel that the room I share with my wife is also "clean". When I complained about the exhaust fan in the bathroom turning off at 11 pm, housekeeping was still well served, by moving rooms, so that it was still comfortable for us. Currently Ruby Hotel, which I make my second home in Bandung, is renovating the outside appearance to make it look beautiful. Location, anywhere is very close. Both to the city center for culinary tours, as well as to natural attractions around the city of Bandung. Thank you good Ruby Management, thank you. God bless.🙏🙇♂️.

Cleanliness is okay, the staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the breakfast menu is minimalist, there is no fried rice, only white rice. I went to the restaurant at 7:30 and it had already run out and hadn't been refilled. The children looked for cereal and there wasn't any. Yes, according to the price, maybe.

The place is strategic okay. Please pay attention to the entrance doors that have been damaged, especially in room 404 on the 4th floor. The walls are also peeling off, please pay attention as a customer attraction. For food, it's not satisfactory, there aren't many choices and the standard menu is lacking in taste.

Pertama kali nginep di sini. Puas. Malam tahun baru dapet free barbegue. Makan restorannya juga enak-enak. Bisa berkali-kali minta air mineral kopi gula teh gratis. Pelayanan keren. InsyaAllah kalo ke Bandung nginep sini lagi. Thanks Ruby syariah.

Hotelnya bersih, dkt dengan alfamart serta kuliner dapet dijangkau dengan jalan kaki aja. Dengan harga terjangkau tp tidak mengesampingkan kebersihan hotel tetap dipertahankan ya pelayanan serta kebersihan hotel sebagai salah 1 hotel syariah di Bandung. Karena kalo kita akan menginap salah 1 yang diperhatikan adalah kebersihannya. Kamar mandinya bersih tersedia hairdryer, showernya kenceng, air panas berfungsi dengan baik saluran pembuangan air lancar sehingga tidak ada bau² yang aneh di kamar mandinya saran buat pihak hotel u handuknya mungkin sudah saatnya diganti karena warna & kondisinya sudah kurang layak lagi u dipake. Sdkt terganggu malam² ada suara² di lantai atas yang agak berisik dari tamu sayang aja dindingnya ga kedap suara jadi langkah² kaki di atas kedengeran. U sarapannya ya lumayan lah ya. Standart resto hotel. Semoga tetap dipertahankan pelayanan serta kebersihan Hotel Ruby Syariah Bandung Insyaa Allah kalo ke Bandung lagi bisa menjadi salah 1 hotel yang patut dipertimbangkan🥰.
