The main factor for this hotel is the location. It's near Malang station and several other important places. There're also culinary spots near here. The second is its price. The price is worth the value, but don't expect too good for a <100k room. It's decent but it can be better. There's a cockroach in the room. No water heater. Decent wifi connection but bad wifi and phone signal reception inside room.

Disgusting. He said the room that had been booked was empty. I'm tired after the trip, I can't sleep well because it turns out that there are many tall animals (bed bugs) all itching and having bumps, very disappointed. The rooms are gloomy and horror, please don't stay here. Think again.

Not bad rooms with prices under 150 thousand. And the location is very strategic. Very helpful for backpackers and visitors who are looking for cheap accommodation in the city center.
