Really enjoyed my stay here for 2 days with my famoly. The room is safe. The AC is good. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious. This hotel is close to a night club, but I didn't hear any noise from my room. So, I had a good sleep. O, here's the view from the balcony. ๐ŸŒŸ

Staffs are so friendly and the security for parking was great. Even though the parking lot was not that spacious. Room was okay and the view to the pool was great. I asked for a birthday decoration in room that costs IDR 150.000. It was a decent decoration but quite good. Overall, it was a nice stay

All staff very friendly & helpful. Specially for Ms. Orpi upgrade our rooms to Suite Pool.๐Ÿ’“. Lokasi sangat strategis dekat kemana2. Hotelnya sangat nyaman, But breakfast just so so. Will recommend this to everyone!

The front desk and housekeeping staffs were great. I was staying here 17 March, and decided to extend my stay here from 20-24 March. I'm so upset with the restaurant service at night! I ordered food room service at night around 8 pm which took forever! It's more than an hour! The lady who picked up the phone sounds rushing me when I was making my order. I was waiting more than an hour for my food! But no body came with my food, so I called the restaurant back, they said they didn't got my order! Also, they were handling the situation unprofessionally, the lady made apologize but she was giggling because their own mistake. They should get better training. After I made my last call, in 10 minutes end up with the staff came with my order. Not everything can be solved with โ€œcomplimentaryโ€, but progress helps. Hope it will never happen again to me neither to other guests. And in the restaurant every breakfast, the waitress only clear up the dirty dishes, but after the guest leaving, I never see them sanitize the table or at least crumb the table. End up the other guests was seating in dirty table (as in the picture). Most of the breakfast time, there were 3 of them were busy chatting behind the bar instead of doing the service.

I stay 20-24, the restaurant team really need to get trained better. The delay for the room service at night (March 20) more than one hour, said they didn't receive my order. The lady who picked up the phone were apologizing but sounds giggle because their own mistake. Every breakfast time, the waiter are busy chatting behind the bar, they seems working lack of supervision, even they clear up the dirty dishes but they never wipped or sanitizer the table after the guest left.
