Parkiran cukup luas, ada yang di basement juga. Suasana tidak berisik. Cukup dekat dengan Simpang 5 pusat kota Semarang. Lobi nya bersih, wangi, dan dingin. Staf nya ramah semua dari satpam, resepsionis, restaurant, housekeeping. Jika ada komplen langsung diberi solusi. Harga relatif terjangkau, kamar superior nya bisa muat 4 orang tempat tidurnya. Dapat kulkas kecil, TV, teko listrik, air mineral, gelas sendok kecil, kopi teh gula krimer, serta alat mandi. Ada telepon di kamar yang bisa berfungsi untuk menyambungkan ke resepsionis. Bantal masing-masing 1 di tiap tempat tidur. Tidak ada guling. Ada 1 kursi dengan sandaran, cermin, lemari besar, dan meja. Kamar cukup luas. Hotel ada lift nya.
