well, it's a bit hard to tell. Picked this budget hotel and assume we will get the same kind of service and hospitality as any other budget hotel. But it was not going smoothly. Our AC was not working properly, we kind of get a warm air for whole night. The Toilet closet seat also loose, a bit silly if we fall in to it. we asked for nicely for other optional room, but the reception wouldn't let us do that. they said whole room was full. But at the front they put the sign on Room Available started from.
if you have other choice, better choose other budget hotel.

The hotel does not have a lift only stairs. So if staying on the 3rd floor is not recommended for the elderly. The toilet leaked so it made the room smell a little out and of course disgusting. Fortunately, only 1 night. Cleanliness of a lot of spider nests.

Parking space is very limited, my room ordered a superior double given a superior twin even though it brought a baby child. Cabinets, water heater, no chairs. Bathroom size 1 meter breakfast is okay. 😕

Pros= Near hospital bhayangkara and airport which is very very good. Cons= I am so sorry to say, stinky room with a bad water conditions. I found a cockroach crawling next to my bed while I am sleeping :(.
