The rooms are large and clean, unfortunately the hot water is not hot enough and the water is small.

Overall okay, just surprised on October 8 at 17.20 someone suddenly entered room 905 even though we were inside. How can it be opened freely from the outside that shouldn't be opened if you don't have the room access card. Can all rooms be unlocked with any card? Wow, it's not really safe if it's really like this. The next room had loud music on and it was very loud, noisy.

Kamar cukup besar dan nyaman. Kamar mandi bersih, handuk bersih. Staff hotel ramah n helpful. Menu breakfast biasa saja. Perlu ditingkatkan variasi menunya. Lokasi hotel strategis, dekat kawasan simpang lima kota semarang. Kami menginap saat libur lebaran, banyak mobil yang parkir di sisi jalan masuk dan keluar hotel n security tidak ada yang mengatur, sehingga mempersulit akses keluar masuk mobil.

Hotel dengan kamar yang luas. Anak anak bebas bermain. Staff sangat ramah. Sajadah dan mukena disiapkan di kamar dan disediakan mesin kopi beserta cupsulenya di kamar. Best.

Akomodasi nyaman pesanan saya di upgrade tanpa biaya tambahan, lokasi jalan utama dekat dengan mall paragon dan bakmi jawa dul nomani, kamar fresh dan besih.

Berharap sengan email ini ada perbaikan dari management Hotel Dafam Semarang. Tanggal 30 Desember saya dan keluarga stay 1 malam untuk staycation di Hotel Dafam Semarang. Kami memang memilih junior suite pada pemesanan dan mendapat kamar di 705. Reception awalnya baik baik saja. Terlebih saat tau saya berulang tahun saya mendapat kue dan ucapan. Di sana kita udah sangat senang. Saat mencapai kamar ada sedikit problem dengan kartu namun itu problem biasa. Sudah deg degan tentang kamar bersih atau tidak. Overall kebersihan kamar oke, namun kami langsung meminta ganti sprei karena ada bercak kekuningan di bantal dan di sprei. Pada saat ke kamar mandi ada yang membuat kecewa yaitu air yang berbau. Seperti bau air payau. Pengalaman staycation baik baik saja sampai hujan melanda. Keesokan harinya kami sadar dengan koper yang basah dan. Baju di lemari yang basah, begitu juga dengan tas yang berisi iPad. Air juga dari luar kamar masuk melalui pintu masuk. Disitu kami jadi kecewa. Ternyata harga yang kami bayar untuk junior suite yang kami harap akan staycation dengan nyaman menjadi liburan dengan banyak keluhan. Apakah karena kamar junior suite yang jarang dihuni atau memang quality kontrol yang kurang. Semoga pengalaman ini adalah pengalaman berharga buat management untuk perbaikan. Kami berharap pengalaman ini terjadi pada kami saja. Tidak mungkin meminta refund karena mekanisme seperti ini tidak mungkin tersedia. Kami menyertakan foto bukti bukti yang terjadi dan juga surat review yang akan kami kirimkan ke kantor dafam semarang secara langsung. Terima kasih.
