This is the worst hotel I've ever stay in Bandung. It is rated as 3 stars hotel but the room and service were just like a zero star hotel. I have paid 468 thousand rupiahs (at 21 Jan) for the suite room (note: Their Best Room) but when I check the price in the hotel when I check-in at 28 Jan, the price is below the price when I booked the room. Thus, I checked again in the Traveloka and the price is reduced to 331 thousand rupiahs. The differences are 137 thousand rupiahs (what a wasted money). That is really2 disapointed me. I should have got a better room for that price. The room was dirty and all the furniture is old and cracked. It is like you staying in a hotel in 90ies. There wasn't any coffee/tea maker and any slippers. The towel and mat are dirty (lots of black stains). The pillow is too thin and hard. It is not comfortable. The picture in traveloka is not as good as the reality. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the bathrooms are clean and smell good, the facilities are quite complete, the friendly staff are very helpful, the service is very okay. Strategic location near everywhere else especially pvj can walk, the price is quite affordable for all people, overall good all really recommended for those who want a vacation to Bandung, would often come here again. Thanks Caryota.

Quite clean despite the old building (under renovation too). The room is also quite spacious at an affordable price. AC cold. But room 210 feels a bit damp. There is a tv but the plug is broken. Luckily the wifi here is fast, dl 20 Mbps speedtest, so I can stream the ball smoothly.

For 3-star facilities it seems not so good. Bed sheets, pillowcases, towels on the kumel like needing to be replaced to improve the quality, breakfast also no variation in appetite. If not because I want to take medicine I am lazy to have breakfast.

There is no smoking ban in the hotel room hallway, so the smell of cigarette smoke enters the bathroom which has a window open into the hotel hallway. It seems that now you can't smoke inside the building everywhere.

The TV remote is easily damaged, the bread for breakfast is already expired, there is a spot, there is no shampoo in the bathroom, the AC remote is difficult to raise or the temperature is lowered.

When I arrived at the room, it turned out that I was given a room with twin beds, I complained that it was changed to a big bed because I stayed with my husband. With the reception of the receptionist who is qualified we are given a replacement room. When the new room turned out the air conditioner was not cold, then my husband complained and we were given to the room which was originally a twin bed. We reluctantly accepted the original room because our condition was so tired we needed to rest. The bed sounds if we move a little, this is very uncomfortable. The hotel building is old, the AC is old times, the dressing chairs are too much dust, the room is damp. The hotel is not very a recommendation.

For the price of 188, it's pretty good. The location is near everywhere just a lot of cum. The mattress is very hard, only 1 toothbrush, towels, bed sheets, super dirty, no water heater, the room is not soundproof. But the receptionist is friendly, the check-on process is also fast. Not bad if it's just for transit. But if indeed for a vacation, it is very less especially for those who want a honeymoon that is not suitable.

Very disappointed. Room size written 32m2 in fact only 4x4. Dusty floor. WiFi connection is not good.
