Selama proses New Normal di Wilayah Kabupaten Pangandaran, disarankan oleh Pemerintah untuk Wisatawan dan Tamu untuk mempersiapkan : Membawa Hasil Rapid Test, Selalu Menggunakan Masker & Mencuci Tangan, untuk saat ini Tamu dari wilayah selain Jawa Barat belum diizinkan berkunjung. During the New Normal process in the Pangandaran Regency, it was suggested by the Government for Tourists and Guests to prepare: Bringing Rapid Test Results, Always Using Masks & Washing Hands, for now, Guests from areas other than West Java have not been permitted to visit. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card or cash to cover deposits and incidentals. Special request may depend on hotel's availability at check-in and may cost extra fee. Special request availability is not guaranteed. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserved room's maximum capacity.
Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
Hotel has a policy of not receiving any reservations made by non-married couples and that the married-couples has to present themselves with a valid government-issued identity prior to check-in such as Indonesian ID card (KTP suami-istri) and Hotel requires reading the "Ikrar" upon Check-in.

My third time staying at this hotel. Still my best choice in Pangandaran. Could be some minor "thing" but the staff is very helpful to solve it right away. Don't forget, we can see sunset just in front of the hotel or from their rooftop cafe. Recommended 👍

Good hotel to stay, good service as well. Seems there is no other chain hotel in the area. Its location is very close to a nature reserve. However, the hotel has been rather old. They are developing a new one next to the current building.

Welcome drinks & snacks 9/10.5. Super complete super delicious breakfast 9/10.6. The minus is that the swimming pool is not wide enough 🤭 8/10.7. The service is friendly, fast, the cleanliness is good, the equipment is good, plus what surprised me was that there was a surprise on my birthday and I got a sponge cake. Anyway, this is the best experience staying at Hotel Horison Palma. Thank you Horison manager and team.

Excellent service. Always satisfied with Horison's service. Fast responsive, the room electricity went out but was immediately repaired by the officer. The food is also delicious, it's just a side dish of white rice which is a bit lacking but all in all okay.
