I like to stay here. The hotel is clean, calm, comfort, good service and their staffs are friendly. The location is good, close to the church, street food, mall, holtekam beach, Hamadi beach and Jembatan Merah Youtefa.

The room was very hot and dirty, you could see footprints on the floor. There was no place to put your toiletries inside the shower box. They did not provide shower gel and shampoo, just bar soap. The drapes in my room was torn. Worst of all, I experienced food poisoning after eating lunch at the hotel. Be careful.

The food tastes okay, the minus is that it's just too late to add the menu, a lot of it runs out and is empty, it's not added right away, so if people are in a hurry, they will definitely be disappointed, they can't wait and just eat what's there. Since we are relaxed so we can wait so it's not a problem, children's entertainment is okay, service is okay, everything is okay. Every stay here never disappoints, satisfied children like it.

Good service, clean hotel. The hotel facilities are good, it's just that the swimming pool is only not until 6 pm. Food is quite varied. Liquid soap is not provided for the bathroom, only bar soap

Liquid soap is not available in hotel bathrooms, swimming pool toilets, gym toilets. For booking room 1 with 2 adult guests and 2 children, the bathroom is only available small round solid soap. Not enough.

The worst restaurant area in the Horison chain in Indonesia that I have ever visited. Spoons and forks are not always ready, soup spoons too, food display tables are not cleaned or are slow to be cleaned. Some of the food had run out or was too late to be refilled even though it was only 08.15. Singaporean fried fish still smells of mud, fish with green chili sauce is salty, solo fried chicken is overcooked. Being the first Horison Hotel that made me unable to finish my breakfast. The quality is very different from Horison Ultima Entrop and Horison Ultima Timika, and Horison Diana Timika. Hopefully it will be improved in the future.
