Staff was not attentive, house keeping did not clean my room, was told I need to instruct the house keeping if I wanted the room clean. Was noisy with the gym music playing loudly nearby. Shower pressure was poor, carpet leading to the lift lobby and rooms are old and unsightly plus looks extremely dirty. Will not book to stay there again.

The staff were polite and friendly. There were many places to eat nearby and a convenience store nearby too, I recommend the martabak in front of it at night. The bed was comfy and clean to stay the night. Water hot water was functioning and the toilet was clean. There were 3 charging ports in my room. The soundproofing was good. The door couldn't be opened from the outside without a key card. Now the bad side, the WiFi didn't work. There were 3 ants, no more. The aircon was weak. The appearance of the room walls weren't great but there were no mold. All in all, it ' s great to stay the night and find food to eat.

The Hotel was Clean, and the Receptionists were helpful and friendly. I've been there several times, and will choose Greenland Hotel again.

Not same ask picture. Just last week. I am book deluxe rooms. I show have slippers. But on the spot nothing. Than about toilet. Really messy.

Hotel is best and cheapest. Location strategic. Any way will go buy food, medicine also very nearly, staff also very friendly. Comfortable. Hope can stay again for next day.

We think, this hotel for family and very nice, but zonk. It 's oke for new experience, next we Will take hotel maybe direct and no need to booking again. Very disappointed.

The wifi connection doesn't work at all on the 3rd floor. Broken AC remote. Broken room card (then they will give you manual key to open the door).
