When I first arrived, I understood the state of renovations that were going on. I booked the hotel for 2 nights and what was disappointing was when HK without permission entered my room when I was sleeping, after being confirmed by HK, according to FO it was time for me to check out even though it was my 1st night staying. It is unfortunate that the SOP is not carried out properly so that it disturbs the comfort of guests, FO does not do a wake up call to remind about check-out, and HK does not run SOP to knock on the door before entering and clean up the room. But overall, the rooms are good and satisfying it's just that the service needs to be improved.

Very uncomfortable hotel. The condition of the rooms is very poor and dirty in the room order application including breakfast but in reality there is no breakfast and no WiFi. I checked out 30 minutes after checking in because I felt very uncomfortable with the hotel room and also the hotel!

First I entered, it appears the hotel is being renovated, receptionist was improvised. Upon arrival in front of the room, the key cannot be used. Finally I was shifted to another room in 501. From there I doubt this is a 3 star? sure enough when entering the room, conditions are much different from the images in the hotel profile. (Towels that did not provide were torn, like a used towel, unfortunately I did not photograph) very disappointing. I finally canceled to stay overnight, and immediately checked out at 21. An (I checked-in before dusk). Quite a clean ride and pray. A long time ago.

I was very disappointed with the purchase of 2 room hotel ticket online application Hotel Greatz, very different from the picture shown, when we wanted to check in at 2:00 pm it was delayed due to a blackout and had to wait several hours, even though we were traveling far enough from Kalimantan to want to rest. A hotel is very strange if there is no electricity generator or electricity back up. Finally we left and came back at 22:00. Then we were directed to room 412 who was immediately shocked to enter because it was very different from the pictures on Traveloka. The sheets are very dirty like never washed. The floor was never broomed and moped, very dusty and Kotorrrrr. Even more shocked when I entered the toilet, it was very dirty and didn't match the pictures. The air conditioner is not cold and the remote is dead can not be used ...... this I attach a photo in the online application and a real photo. I ask for compensation for this incident ..... thank you.

The good sides: the room was large and the receptionist man was kind and friendly. The bad sides: the linen was unclean and the toilet was dirty. Please clean them properly.
