All good as usual, got a room on the 4th floor this time. Room was larger than some others and very clean. Only an overnight stay, so can't say much about the service. Check in/out was very quick and easy. The old Stanford Arms bar in the lobby has reopened again. Now the 1920 Bar and Lounge with all new decoration and theme. And the prices to match! Cheers, Mick.

I have staid at grandkemang several times now and I really like the convenient location and the friendliness of the staff. At this stage, I think the hotel could do with a bit of an update/refresh as some areas of the hotel look in need of some TLC. Still a good place to stay and I'd recommend it for a short trip.

The staff and the service were amazing but unfortunately they put us in the wrong interconnecting room which located near the nightclub who was playing very loud music until 3am from Saturday evening then every night during our stay. My niece has her two young children with her and they couldn't sleep/.

Overall is good, there are many culinary places at night. Breakfast is excellent, staff 's hotel is friendly. Only 1 complain: water for toilet is not sprayed well, too weak at Room 344.
