The room so comfy and really nice to spent with your family. The services was great too, the hotel staff was kind and I love it! Especially the breakfast ohmygod Gran Melia is one of the best Hotel had really amazing Breakfast Buffet. The Pool too was so clean. Best hotel to staycation! Best experience ever! Love you Gran Melia Hotel always! I'll be back for sure!:).

All the staff were warm and accomodating, especially when we requested to change room because of the dirty window exterior. Asked for a complimentary birthday cake and they managed to send a cake to the room. It was lovely. Room was very comfortable and clean, even though it's a pretty old hotel everything was maintained very well. Lots of delicious selection for breakfast!

Had another wonderful stay at the Gran Melia Jakarta. Contacted their reservation team via WhatsApp prior to arrival to make sure all of our special requests were available and everything were set and ready as requested by the time we checked in. Check in/check out and request for concierge service were taken care of swiftly. Breakfast variety and taste was superb as always. Polite and sprightful staff across the hotel teams is the top reason for my choosing the Gran Melia as the place to stay in Jakarta. Will be back for a longer stay in the next couple of weeks!
