The first time I wanted to stay at Gardenia Resort & Hotel, I was in doubt ... because the branches and reviews were not good ... but we still try and prove it ... thank God, the facilities are very satisfying and the response from the staff is good ... we want to come back again to stay at here..

The hotel staff is very friendly, the area around is spacious. There is a children's playground and swimming pool according to the photo, lots of grass like a large yard garden, in the morning the bananas are very sweet, the Ambon bananas are delicious, thank you, Ms.

The employees respond very quickly, big thanks to mb juwi in the morning ahead of check out, they are given a breakfast snack in the form of cassava bananas ... the atmosphere is beautiful and a carpet is provided to watch in the living room ... the air is very good it's just that the road is a bit lacking in lighting and narrow Mnju there ... the rest is really ok and thank God you are allowed to check in early ... we and our family are satisfied ... thank you next time we will hopefully come back again ... my advice is to fix it a bit, some rooms are a bit rotten due to rainwater.

Got room 107, the place is really spacious, perfect for this group, the bathroom is also spacious, the warm water is cool and smooth, recommended.

The children's swimming pool is good, only the adult pool is not clean. The bathroom is super uncomfortable, it's not big, it's not clear and there is no bathtub sink, but it's rusty, it doesn't use the toilet, it also doesn't have a lid, the sheets are clean, it just smells bad, but I'm very satisfied with the view, the garden is also very good, please fix the others.

Recommended banget di sini murah tp kualitas ga murahan, air lancar jaya, kolam renang bersih terawat, pelayanan ramah banget dan tamannya juga bagus. Insha Allah bakalan ke sini lagi bawa keluarga besar.
